 Post Sale Support - Client Onboarding Specialist

Townsquare Interactive provides best in class digital marketing solutions to small businesses across the country. Sitting between the sales, production, and service departments, the role of Client Onboarding Specialist is to drive new customers through the initial deployment of their marketing campaigns post-sale.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as an extension of the sales team and onboard all new clients
    • Our sellers break the ice with clients and get initial buy-in on TSI, our Onboarding Specialists set expectations and get buy-in on the launch of campaigns
  • Direct the production team to produce work in line with the client’s business and strategy
  • Work with the Account Management team to facilitate a seamless transfer once the account is active
  • Determine how to quickly meet clients’ needs while efficiently communicating with a full pipeline of new business primarily on the phone
  • This is a production-based job with significant monthly bonus opportunities
    • Dictate your own earning potential with your ability to guide clients through our process

Job Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong communication and follow up/follow through skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Desire to make money
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Able to create excitement and a strong sense of urgency when working with a high volume of new clients
