Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Provide prompt responses to questions from employees
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems related to operating systems, hardware and software.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
  • Train computer users.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Assist network engineer to resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of IT Support experience
  • Strong communication and follow up/follow through skills
  • Able to translate their technical knowledge into actionable direction.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Goal oriented
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong interpersonal skills
  • Windows and Mac experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
