What will the role look like?

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in working within our billing and department to help retain current customers, manage the collection process and work daily with our clients’ accounts

 Responsibilities

  • Researches any overdue account balance that is unpaid and initiates outbound phone calls to our customers
  • Use verbal communication skills to gain a clear understanding of customers’ situations, advise them of their options, and negotiate agreeable payment arrangements.
  • Win back efforts involve resolving tech or billing issues, upgrades/downgrades of plans, or simply soothing customer’s frustration. 
  • Actively convert cancellation calls into saves
  • Interface with sales and service teams
  • Document customers’ accounts of all necessary information required
  • Invoice customers utilizing subscription billing system
  • Manage subscription changes and payment terms
  • Update contract parameters
