 What will the role look like?

As an Audience Extension Specialist, you will play a critical role in growing the Townsquare Ignite program at TSI by onboarding digital display clients and optimizing their campaigns, all while being a trusted digital display knowledge source for the service team. In addition to this, you will help manage the retargeting portion of the TSI core product by project managing the creation, trafficking and reporting for all retargeting clients. You will:

  • Set up all live and non-live re-targeting accounts

  • Create client facing reporting links for retargeting clients

  • Project manage the ad creation process for all upgraded retargeting clients

  • Onboard TSI clients that are only purchasing an Ignite product

  • Actively manage up to 25-50 digital display campaigns that are spending $1500+/month

  • Complete monthly campaign optimizations for up to 100 digital display accounts spending $500-$1500/month

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our service team when they have questions regarding digital display accounts

  • Act as a liaison between TSI and TSM for the Ignite program
