What will the role look like?


As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will be an important part of helping the company improve the integrity of data quality that lives in our customer relationship management system (CRM). This data is used to help us drive sales and marketing efforts. As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will:



  • Use strong attention to detail to check and merge duplicates in our sales customer relationship management (CRM) system

  • Append critical lead information that will equip our sales team to effectively drive new business and allow our marketing team to create effective campaigns

  • Identify target prospects to drive new business

  • Conduct web presence analyses on potential prospects to identify pertinent marketing and sales opportunities

  • Learn about the different marketing roles in the organization- such as social media, marketing analytics, graphic and videography design and how our marketing department aligns with sales
